Word Poppy Press: Issue Two Word Poppy Press Free

We are thrilled to announce that submissions are open for Sequoia Speaks: Issue Two! We will consider poetry, personal essays, flash fiction, short stories, book reviews, and all other short-form pieces. Pieces should be no shorter than 250 words and no longer than 5,000 (exceptions made for micro-poetry).

Visual artists and photographers are also welcome to submit work. As this is our first-ever Winter Issue, we're looking for pieces with a wintry theme: think snow and ice, but also pale blues, whites, and blacks, harsh, arctic imagery, crackling fires, et cetera.

Contributors are mailed a free copy of the journal their work appears in. We look forward to hearing from you.
