The NightWriter Review: General Submissions

• All submissions must be previously unpublished.
• Up to 5,000 words.
• Please use industry standard formatting as applicable: Times New Roman, 12 pt., double-spaced, one-inch margins.
• Please submit only once during each submission period.
• Simultaneous submissions are welcome, but please withdraw the piece immediately if accepted elsewhere.

The NightWriter Review publishes online and in print. As such, The NightWriter Review takes first electronic rights and first North American serial rights. All rights revert to the author upon publication. However, we do retain work indefinitely in our online archives, so please let us know immediately if there is any reason this is not acceptable to you. If this work is published again in the future, please acknowledge The NightWriter Review as the original publisher.
