About

Doubleback Review is a grateful child of Sundress Publications and affectionate sibling of Doubleback Books. We publish pieces that were previously published at journals that, sadly, became defunct. In a churn and burn culture, to revisit and reflect is a luxury. We here at Doubleback Review want to hit the pause button on art that may slip from the public’s eye (and therefore lose its potential for connection). Grab a lemonade, head to the porch swing, and double back to review some work of days gone by — what might have been missed the first time around?
