Every year, a single author is asked to anonymously judge The Moth Short Story Prize, choosing three winning stories from entries submitted worldwide. Previous judges include Mark Haddon, Kevin Barry, Ali Smith and Ottessa Moshfegh. The winning story is published in the Irish Times
