Hi, CLMP Members, and welcome to Duosuma! This page serves a brief introduction to what Duosuma is and what we can offer you.

What is Duosuma?

Duosuma is Duotrope's Submission Manager platform. We help publishing projects and literary agents receive and manage their submissions quickly, easily, and affordably.

About the name: Duosuma is a portmanteau of the first letters from Duotrope, Submission, and Manager.

If you aren't familiar with Duotrope, it is an award-winning resource for writers that provides thousands of publisher and agent listings, a submission tracker, theme & deadline calendars, search features, and many other essential features. Duotrope likely already lists your publishing project, but if we don't, you can request a free listing.

What do we offer CLMP Members?

Duosuma offers CLMP members a 20% discount off our already low pricing, which ranges from USD $0.015 to $0.09 per submission, depending on monthly submission volume. If you also qualify for our Gold Star Program, which rewards fast responders, your discount will go up to 25%!

This discount applies to your monthly Duosuma bill, and it also applies if you choose to pre-purchase submission credits.

Next steps

If you already have a Duosuma account...

Make sure you are logged in, and then contact Duosuma Support and let us know that you are a CLMP member. We will verify this and add the discount to your account. Once we have added the discount, we will let you know, and you can always check your current discount status on your Billing page.

If you don't already have a Duosuma account...

Read the Duosuma Overview, which includes details about:

The prerequisites and restrictions (the primary prerequisite is that you need to have an active Duotrope listing)
The full, transparent pricing information, including a calculator where you can estimate your costs and earnings using Duosuma

After you've read the overview page linked above, you can request a Duosuma account. Remember that you need to have an active Duotrope listing first. After you request a Duosuma account, we will check a few things and then email instructions on how to set up your account. During the setup process, you will be asked if you are a CLMP member. If you indicate you are, we will verify this and then add the discount to your account.

Maintaining your CLMP Member discount

Once you have been awarded the CLMP Member discount, we will periodically check that your CLMP membership is still active. The discount will remain in effect as long as you have an active CLMP membership.
