It is meant to challenge us and ask us to look at ourselves and how we treat each other and the world around us. That said, LSQ is centered on uplift and so any story that contains explicit sexual situations or violence especially toward women will be considered more carefully than other stories and the content must be justified within the story's plot.Submission Form RequirementsBefore submitting, please prepare:Your story as a Word (.doc or .docx) or RTF fileUse standard manuscript format: double-spaced, 12pt Times New Roman or similar font, 1-inch marginsCover letter containing:Your name and story titleWord countAny previous publishing credits (optional - we welcome new writers!)Bio (up to 100 words, written in third-person)Notes:Do not include HTML, code, or angle brackets in your cover letter or bioThe cover letter goes directly in the submission form, not as a separate attachmentYour bio should be professional but can include personal interests and previous publicationsFinal NotesWe reserve the right to change the submission process between issues.
