Silent River Poetry Prize™ - Full Length Collection River Paw Press

The Silent River Poetry Prize™ is established to discover and recognize outstanding work by authors residing in the United States, who have not yet published a full-length poetry collection. Authors with previously published chapbooks or books in other genres are eligible. Self-published authors are also eligible, provided they have not published more than one full-length poetry collection.

While we are open to poetry on any theme, we have a particular inclination toward work that arises from deeply lived experiences—writing that dares to be vulnerable, yet uplifts, reassures, and offers profound insight into the aesthetics of life. We believe in the power of words to reflect, inspire, enlighten, and reveal the beauty and meaning of our existence.
