Tender Hearts Club is an annual anthology of love poems from Feather Press, an independent literary press in Petaluma, California.

Love in all its forms: tender, wild, unrequited, erotic. Erotic love and everyday love, revolutionary love and quiet love. The series gathers poets who refuse to let love be diminished, in a world that keeps asking us to harden.

Volume One was published in February 2026 with poetry and artwork from more than fifty poets. Volume Two is reading now.

Send: up to 3 poems, 3 pages total, in one .docx or .pdf file. Any form or style. We lean short, and rhyme rarely wins us over, but send the poem you mean to send.

Unpublished work only, including anything posted online or on social media. Simultaneous submissions are welcome; please withdraw here if your work is accepted elsewhere.

Reading fee: $11.11, paid by card as part of this submission. Non-refundable.

Deadline: October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM Pacific.

Authenticity: Poems must be your own original writing. We will not consider work written, generated, or edited with AI tools.
