Macrame Literary Journal: Micro-Fiction Gold Star Program Gold Star Free Tip Jar Option

Deadline: Wednesday, September 30, 2026 11:59 PM PDT (in 18 days).

We are looking for strong stories within approximately 250-300 word limit.

You can submit up to three micro-fiction stories per submission. Please enter the names of each micro-fiction story one at a time in the assigned fields, and then upload them all as a single file in a Word or PDF format. Please use 12pt font, double-spaced.

Remove all identifying information from the document, including in the file name. Include the title and start each story on a new page.

If you need to withdraw any part of your submission, please send a message indicating a specific story to withdraw.

Number of Pieces: Up to 3 pieces per submission.
Single File: Not required; may include a separate file/link for each piece.

Anonymous submissions are required (no identifying information in files).
Simultaneous submissions are allowed.
Reprints are not allowed.
Multiple entries are allowed.
