teach us (but not insisting on, or prescribing) by exploring ways forward, noting

how to recognize when we’re being manipulated
how to avoid buy-ins counter to our self interest
how to write our own stories
how to adapt stories we’ve told ourselves
how to recognize truths and/or agendas buried within stories
how to recognize when we are being fed devaluing stories
how to see the ways our stories shape our lives
illuminate how stories shape our lives

As we move forward, we will learn and grow, and adapt this guideline.
