Submissions to The Dribble Drabble Review are currently open and will close on 12/31/26 for our Winter Issue XIII '27 (expected publication: Jan. '27). This carefully curated, biannual, Microfiction e-zine advocates for all things little-ature. Our global fan base of international writers continues to deliver exceptional short-form compositions, and we invite you to become part of the family!

TDDR is open themed. Dribbles must be 50 words with Drabbles at 100 words exactly (be they fiction, nonfiction or poetry)... not including titles. Send only original, unpublished entries.

We now accept submissions via Duosuma by Duotrope. In seconds, you will create a free Duotrope account before submitting (this is not the paid Duotrope subscription but the free account only). To ensure the receipt of written responses, please add duotrope.com and duotrope.com/duosuma to your valid email address list. Also note that after five years, there is now a Drabble's worth of pennies to submit; that's a much appreciated one dollar to keep the lights on. Just like Microfiction, it's seemingly small but big on impact... Thank you in advance.

Send up to two entries in each category (Dribbles or Drabbles), formatted as you like (we're not that uptight :) with your name, country of residence, and brief bio not to exceed approx. 50 words. Submit prose, poetry, or prose poetry for that matter!

Send all entries in the same submission. Simultaneous submissions are ok, but note: these will require being submitted individually. Otherwise, a whole grouping of submissions might stand withdrawal for the sake of one or two.

All submissions will now be notified of receipt and again within 60 days of delivery as to acceptance or pass. Too, entrants agree that submission in and of itself will serve as an author's permission to publish (with first electronic and non-exclusive archival rights) as well as the right to publish in future print collateral. Rights revert to the author upon production of the next sequential edition of TDDR. We do require, in regard to reprints, that TDDR be indicated as your piece's original publisher. We will do our best to accommodate special formatting, while we also reserve the right to edit upon need. Please abstain from sending erotica, politically infused or discriminatory / hate-related themes.

This remains a non-monetary opportunity, per se. Author compensation will consist of supporting our writers with quality presentations of their work, a strong artistic community, and individual promotion.
