Fear in Dust Scope:

• Horror poetry with a specific focus on the unsettling while targeting a general audience with content appropriate for readers 13+
• Related to current theme (open interpretation welcome)
• Open to all poetry forms
• Single page length or less preferred

Outside Our Scope:

• Harmful stereotypes or gratuitous content without artistic purpose
• Abstraction without traction

Submission Guidelines:

• We pay $5 per accepted piece (Paypal) and 1 free printed copy of that issue (shipped USPS)
• Submit 1 poem of no more than 60 lines
• We prefer work that fits on 1 printed page but will consider up to 2 pages
• Please submit with a standard 12pt font, Shunn poetry form manuscript
• We endeavor to review and respond to all work within 30 days of acknowledged receipt, inquiries are welcome after that period
