It publishes articles, reviews, interviews, essays, and other content, hosts international awards for books, blogs, and poetry, and offers opportunities for authors to gain visibility and connection within a supportive global community. The project emphasises inclusivity, imagination, and literary discovery while fostering dialogue and collaboration across diverse voices. BREW Poetry Award 2026 Temp ClosedThe BREW Poetry Award is an international poetry contest created to recognise compelling poetic voices from around the world. It welcomes submissions from poets of all ages, backgrounds, and stages of their writing journey, from emerging writers to established authors and your creatives. The award values originality, emotional depth, clarity of language, and imaginative expression across all poetic forms. There is no entry fee, and poets may submit original, previously unpublished poems written in English. Poems should be between 10 and 30 lines, allowing for a wide range of styles and approaches. All accepted entries will be published on The Chrysalis BREW Project website, providing poets with a public platform to showcase their work. Accepted poems will also be eligible for recognition through both the Judges' Pick and Community's Pick titles.Judges' pick selections are chosen by a panel of literary judges known as the BREW Laureate Council, while Community's Pick highlights poems that resonate strongly with readers. Selected winners will be nominated for the Best of the Net anthology and the Pushcart Prize, placing their work in consideration for major international literary honours. Winning poems will also be published in a curated anthology.Submissions are accepted year-round.
