Atomic Carnival

About this Publisher

Atomic Carnival is an independent publisher of weird fiction – sci-fi, horror, fantasy, and any and all genres in between. We aim to publish not just the strange, but the significant and substantial, too. We want to give voices to the marginalized and mistreated, the brainsick and the broken-down. We want to hear from prognosticators and punks, artists and anarchists, from freelancers and gig workers and third-shifters who’ve never once thought about an MFA. From the folks writing from tents and hospital beds and prison cells. Give us giant monsters as metaphors for environmentalism, slashers as discourses on wealth inequality, intergalactic pigeons trying to burn down the medical-industrial complex. Sci-fi for stoners. Fables from fuck-ups. Bizarro with a broken heart.
