They drank beer. They talked about poetry. They hatched plans. By the end of the evening, they’d decided they should form a collective, “Poets, Prattlers and Pandemonialists” and see where that led them.In April 2017, it led them to their first full-length show. Imaginatively, they called it “Poets, Prattlers and Pandemonialists” and unleashed it on the world at the Arena Theatre in Wolverhampton. They had a lot of fun. The audience did, too.The PPP collective has a few simple aims.Convince the world poetry is a bag of awesome wrapped up with a bow of wonder.Convince the world to write some poetry.Convince some of the world to stand up and read that poetry in front of an audience.Promote and encourage acts.Particularly ones from the Black Country.-Provide platforms for people to watch and perform poetry.Have fun. It’s going pretty well so far.Country: United KingdomEstablished in: 2017Publishing ProjectsThis organization accepts submissions for the following active projects:Morecambe Poetry Festival Competition Charges fees for all submissionsWoLF Poetry Competition Charges fees for all submissionsThese inactive listings for projects were found: Ironbridge Poetry Competition ON HIATUS Charges fees for all submissions Cookie Consent: This site uses secure first-party cookies for essential, preference-setting, and statistical purposes.
