Royal City Literary Arts Society (RCLAS)

About this Organization

The purposes of the Royal Literary Arts Society (RCLAS) are to increase and broaden the understanding and knowledge of written and spoken word as an art form; to provide reading, performance, workshop and critiquing opportunities for literary artists; to stimulate, encourage and facilitate the development of written and spoken word arts and activities; to help both emerging and established writers. We are a Province-wide organization, with a growing membership. We are committed to working with other organizations to promote community arts, and the well-being and self-expression of B.C. community members.
