About this Organization

The Blunt Space Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, grassroots organization and independent publishing company committed to amplifying marginalized voices in the arts through advocacy and cultural education. Founded in 2021, we provide creative and professional resources for underrepresented communities—including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, disabled, and other disenfranchised groups—while promoting cultural intelligence, diversity, inclusion, and equity across all platforms. Through our publication efforts, live events, workshops, and educational outreach, we aim to dismantle the systemic gatekeeping practices of the publishing world and create space where artists can thrive without compromising the cultural integrity of their work. The Blunt Space is an artistic resistance channeled through community collaboration and radical expression to challenge all things fascist, racist, and any & all “-isms “ that threaten to divide our environment by hate and conformity. This isn’t just a brave space, it’s a blunt space. And we always Stay Blunt.
