About this Organization

At Torres & Company, we concern ourselves with seeing you bring about the completion of the fundamental project. Each one of us is possessed with a desire to become what we are not: a poet, a university student, a literati.

The fundamental project is the consequence of a Dasein that commands its essence.

Our project at Torres & Company consists of making others aware of their radical freedom as subjectivities who may exchange their avatars for new ones and reinvent themselves if they so desire.

We labor faithfully at the task of seeing you become the person you would want to become tomorrow. More than a dispatcher of literary content and the administrator of the New York Poetry Prize, we provide the language and the dialectic for you to make sense of yourself as a project and an enterprise. We are especially qualified to help with the development of material used for undergraduate and graduate applications, manuscripts of fiction and poetry, as well as philosophical and literary essays.
