LEGAL EXPERIENCE:

1980 to 2007: Private practice: Primarily Criminal Defense and Civil Rights

Criminal trial experience included wide range of matters I including Murder, Felony Murder, complex Conspiracy and white -collar cases. In the civil arena, over 50 jury trials were concluded in the State and Federal courts.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE:

1976-1980: Instructor/Asst. Professor, Department of Criminal Justice. The College of New Jersey: Legal process and procedure courses, including Juvenile Justice and Law and Psychiatry.

1997-2002: Guest Instructor, Widener University, Delaware - Intensive Trial ad. Program

MILITARY EXPERIENCE:

1969-1972: United States Army. Honorable Discharge: Captain. Cleared for Top Secret and Special Intelligence.
