When it comes to writing, Gloria C Kohl is a triple-hyphenate, authoring plays, novels and poetry. Her poetry has been published in editions of Sinister Wisdom and Buckle among others, and her plays have been published by Applause Books and produced and workshopped at Colorado Shakespeare Festival, Playwrights Horizons, Seven Devils and many community theaters. Her latest literary science fiction novel, The Water Carriers, is set to be self-published in the first quarter of 2027, and she is hard at work on a commercial lesbian romance novel for which she has gained agent interest. As a psychotherapist, she has a front-row seat to today’s human sufferings, joys, and dreams. In her writing, she uses those insights to explore the universal themes of resistance and surrender, connection and disconnection, love and mortality. Gloria lives and writes in Boulder, Colorado.
