Jessica Jenschke is an emerging poet newly resettled in Texas after years abroad. Her wanderings and her new life have instilled her with a sense of curiosity and gratitude. She enjoys short form--packing everything from bumblebees to galaxies into compressed lyric jewel boxes--and is especially interested in the porous nature of physical, communal, and ethical boundaries. Her affinity for punchy punctuation needs tempering! She can often be found wandering pasture fencelines in wilting sun, or nose to nose with a bug in the garden.

She has been published or has work forthcoming in PHIL LIT Journal, Wild Greens Magazine, The Gilded Weathervane, The PoArtMo Magazine, and several anthologies.
