Poetry that sees you.

Poetry

Jade Divac is a confessional free verse poet and author of poetry collections “Emote” and “You Are Not the Man I Loved.” She writes wherever she wanders, capturing the quiet truths we often carry but may not speak aloud.

Her work is shaped by heartbreak, healing, and the raw honesty of being fully human. She invites readers to feel without apology. To sit with sorrow, longing, and love, and to hold each emotion with gentleness before letting go.

She finds comfort in the hum of airports and the chaos of movement, often scribbling poems on planes and in places she’s never been before. She often holds a passport in one hand and her heart cracked open in the other.

She uses poetry to process and honor emotions, especially the messy ones. She believes that when we gather the strength to speak from our softest places, we give others encouragement to do the same.
