Jon Tobias is a queer poet, artist and educator living in San Diego. He holds an MFA in Poetry from San Diego State University. He is the winner of the first chapbook prize for poetry for his collection, Talking to Ghosts (Quillkeepers Press 2024). His poetry and flash fiction have been featured in Peach Fuzz Magazine, Thirteen Bridges, Zone 3, Passionfruit Review, and A Word With You Press. He is also the co-host of Poetry International’s podcast, PIPO.
