In his poems and short stories, Kenny Norton writes about the South, but not just as a place: about the past we carry with us, the people that shape us, and the ones we wish we knew better. He explores the things we inherit, both known and unknown, and the heritage we let slip away. A former English teacher and longtime digital marketer, he came to poetry through a lifelong love of storytelling, songwriting, theatre, and literature. He lives in Georgia.
