Lindsay Reynolds Non-Member New

Trauma therapist. Parent carer. Writing the gap.

Lindsay Reynolds is a Senior Accredited trauma and grief therapist (NCPS, MBACP) with over twenty years' clinical experience, living in Derbyshire. Her work sits where personal experience and clinical practice meet: she writes about what happens to people who hold long-term responsibility for someone else's safety inside systems that do not respond, drawing on both her own years as a parent carer and her clinical work with families. She has developed a framework for this pattern, Post-Responsibility Trauma, which she writes about on Substack and is setting out in full in her first book, Underneath the Fine: The Cost of Holding the Watch. Her essays have appeared in Therapy Today, the BACP Children, Young People and Families journal, the Private Practice journal and Elephant Journal.
