I Survived A Life That Was Supposed to Destroy Me

Nonfiction

M.A.J.O.R. is an autobiographical writer whose life reads like a story that was never supposed to have a second act. A former U.S. Army servicemember and formerly incarcerated man, he writes from lived experience about trauma, masculinity, fatherhood, faith, mental health, incarceration, and the struggle to rebuild after losing your way. His debut memoir, PANIC 2 POWER, chronicles a journey from survival to self-awareness, accountability, and purpose. Through his writing, M.A.J.O.R. seeks to give language to experiences many men are taught to bury and challenge the idea that the circumstances that shape us have to define us.
