Eventually, he worked in Mexican and fine dining restaurants as a manager in Silicon Valley, Santa Cruz and Monterey, California.Rob was a concert promoter in the early 1990’s. As a promoter, he was fortunate to promote concerts with artists such as Green Day, Counting Crows and No Doubt.
