Kevin Clark’s fourth volume of poems Want is forthcoming in March from Seed Bed Press. His third book The Consecrations is published by Stephen F. Austin University Press. Clark’s second book Self-Portrait with Expletives won the Pleiades Prize. His first collection In the Evening of No Warning earned a grant from the Academy of American Poets. His poetry appears in four chapbooks plus Georgia, Southern, Los Angeles, and Iowa reviews, Ploughshares, Prairie Schooner, Copper Nickel, Poetry Northwest, Gulf Coast, etc. He’s published essays in the Georgia and Southern reviews, and Contemporary Literary Criticism. He’s taught at the Rainier Writing Workshop.
