Art, nature, and spirituality inspire much of Gail Tyson’s writing. Her recent and upcoming creative nonfiction appears in About Place, Amethyst Review, EcoTheo Review, Thin Places Literary Journal, and Still Point Arts Quarterly. In 2020 Shanti Arts published her chapbook, The Vermeer Tales. She received her M.A. from Stanford’s creative writing program and, after living abroad and in six U.S. cities, she now makes her home in Santa Cruz, California.
