Bonnie Demerjian writes from her island home in the Tongass National Forest, of Southeast Alaska, a place of mountain and ocean, ravens and rain, that continually inspires her writing. Years of parenting, teaching, hiking, playing the cello, and simply staring at the water have provided the meat that continues to nourish. She is a member of the Blue Canoe writing group, another steady source of prompts and laughter.
