Calvin Mills hosts the Raymond Carver Podcast. He is the author of The Caged Man (Stories), from Cornerstone Press (2025) (a NIEA finalist) & A Handful of Tragic Days, a chapbook of creative nonfiction essays (2025) (Winner: Eggtooth All Genre Chapbook Prize). His work has appeared in Short Story, Weird Tales, The Brussels Review, The Quarter(ly), and Short Form Creative Writing: A Writer's Guide and Anthology. His writing awards include a Meritorious Achievement Award from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival as a playwright.
