Denise O’Hagan is a Sydney-based poet, born in Rome. She has a background in commercial book publishing in London and Sydney, and is co-editor on The Marrow. Her poetry is widely published, and she is the recipient of the Dalkey Poetry Prize, the Monica Taylor Poetry Prize and the NSW Poetry Prize. Her third poetry collection, What the Mirror Tells, is published by 5 Islands Press (2026).
