Bio: Dina Paul is a retired licensed clinical social worker with more than thirty years of experience in medical settings, psychiatric care, and child welfare. She lives in Asheville, North Carolina, and writes about family, memory, illness, and the textures of ordinary life. Her work has appeared in Pulse: Voices from the Heart of Medicine. She has completed a memoir "The Room They Gave Me" which is currently on submission.
