Emma Bryan is a public historian, gardener, and writer from Central Kentucky. Their work is rooted in relationship and community building, storytelling, and critically studying the cultural history of Kentucky and the Ohio Valley. Their experience growing up as a homeschool kid up in rural Franklin County, Kentucky shapes how they see and move through the world. Outside of their day job at a botanical garden in Oldham County, you can find Emma reading a book, tending their garden, somewhere in the woods, crafting, or walking their dogs.
