Stephanie Axley-Cordial is a fat Southern poet and novelist currently residing in Oregon. Her work has been published by Gnashing Teeth Press and in the collection "The Cost of Our Baggage." She is a 2024 Best of the Net Nominee. Stephanie chairs Eugene Willamette Writers and hosts Carport Salons, a monthly gathering for the creative exploration of philosophical conundrums. Her work considers abstract and complicated grief, love for the old and loveless, and maintaining self-possession when in the grip of love.
