Heather N. Rhodes is a folklorist and writer whose essay "Something's Wrong" received First Place honors from the Alabama Writers' Cooperative. Trained in public folklore, she is a higher education administrator and has taught at the University of Missouri and Auburn University. She has also published historical research drawn from more than two decades of documentary work. A native of Coffee County, Tennessee, she currently lives in Oklahoma.
