Heather Mirassou is a poet whose work explores love, nature, sensuality, self-discovery, becoming and being human. Her poetry is rooted in emotional honesty and embodied experience. She writes from lived moments through rich imagery and reflection. Her words invite readers to feel deeply and without apology.

In July 2026, she published her first poetry collection, The Sensual Soul Poet, available on Amazon.com. She has also been published in the Evergreen Valley College Literature Yearly Anthology and Highland Park Poetry, twice in the San Jose Mercury News, and several times in the Oakdale Leader.
