Dear Editor,

Thank you for considering this piece for publishing.

My Bio:

Dr Huwaida Issa was born in Yemen in 1972 and brought up in Syria. She is an emerging writer and translator. She is from an under-represented category--a single woman with a disability and an immigrant. She published three academic papers, eleven translated short stories, one fragment of her memoir and five translated poems.. She taught Arabic at Salford University--final-year students. She also worked as a research assistant for James House, a senior lecturer in French--helping him with his research about the Maghreb.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours Sincerely,

Dr Huwaida Issa
