I am a Pushcart nominee whose short stories and poems have appeared in Halfway Down the Stairs, Jersey Devil Press, Synkronicity, and Bowery Gothic, and have appeared on several shortlists. I am an Emeritus Distinguished Professor of Biology, Philosophy, and Computer Science, with an extensive academic publication and editorial record. In my spare time, I read classical Greek, play the Blues, pursue wild fish in remote places, and drink excellent whisky, ideally all at the same time.
