For more than 30 years, John Brian has lived, worked, and traveled throughout Mexico and Latin America. His background in anthropology, culture, and travel has shaped his interest in how people understand reality, identity, belief, and the human experience. He also created Breathe Travel Adventure, a travel channel focused on exploring Mexico and Latin America beyond the traditional tourist path.

John is the author of You Are Not Here, and This Is Not Real, a work exploring consciousness, perception, identity, and human evolution. His writing examines how the mind interprets experience, how belief shapes our understanding of the world, and whether humanity may be approaching a new stage of psychological, technological, and spiritual evolution.

John was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho. He earned B.A. degrees in Anthropology and Spanish from Idaho State University and also studied at the Universidad de Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
