Kerith E.J. Collins has been a writer since she won a writing contest in the 4th grade about her pride in the Midwest. Her writing intertwines passion, nature, womanhood, memory, and identity. She is based in Minnesota, drinks entirely too much coffee, and believes almost anything can become a poem if you stare at it long enough. She is a finalist of the Callo Literary Award in Poetry. Her work has appeared in Querencia Press, Wordfire press, Frazzled Lit and upcoming in The Broken Spine.
