Words that build authority.

Fiction Poetry Nonfiction

Mumtaz Khan is a ghostwriter, content strategist, and founder of Content Flair, a boutique agency serving founders, CEOs, and senior executives across the US, UK, and UAE. Most of Mumtaz’s published words appear under other people’s names: LinkedIn essays, keynote remarks, and executive letters written to sound like the person who signs them. That work demands listening for voice before content and treating every sentence as a claim someone must stand behind.

Mumtaz’s own writing examines how people and organizations make decisions, and what happens to human judgment as machines take on more of the thinking. A current manuscript introduces “Judgment Capital,” a framework for understanding an organization’s capacity to decide well. Based in Pakistan, Mumtaz writes across time zones and, increasingly, across the border between business writing and the essay.
