Kathleen Latham Member Member since 2013 Poet and short fiction writerFiction Poetry Nonfiction Kathleen Latham is a poet and short fiction writer living outside Boston. Her work has won the Writer’s Digest Short Short Story Grand Prize and The Masters Review Anthology Competition, placed third in Bath Flash Fiction, and received Highly Commended and Shortlisted honors from the Bridport Prize. She has also been a finalist or shortlisted for awards from Shenandoah, the Stockholm Writers Festival, Fish Flash Fiction, The Southeast Review, and New Flash Fiction Review. A multiple Best Small Fictions and Best of the Net nominee, her writing has appeared in The Cincinnati Review, The Ilanot Review, Milk Candy Review, and elsewhere. Her poetry manuscript Running Into an Ex took second place in Chestnut Review’s Chapbook Contest. Expanded and retitled The Ones, it was published by Kelsay Books in 2024 and nominated for the Eric Hoffer Book Award.
