My name is Lili Kiefer and I work at Ernst & Young in the

London office. I was honored to win the EY Rising Star Award

for International Women's Day in 2024 and was a nominee for

the EY Mental Wellbeing Champion Award in 2025 for

International Women’s Day. After winning the EY Rising Star

Award, I began writing a diary about my life living with bipolar

disorder. My diary, titled The Diary of Misfits and Those Up to No Good, features people in

history who inspire me and compares their story to my own. Writing this blog has been the most

rewarding journey of my life and I know it always will be.
