Ever since Liz was little, she knew there was more to life. She was the odd kid who marched to the beat of her own drum, searching for freedom and meaning. Fifty years later, every teacher and practice she has encountered has been another seed of awakening. After an awakening with a spiritual teacher, Liz began writing the story of living in both worlds - the mundane and the spiritual- trying to make sense of it all. Her musings are for everyone, but particularly for those of us that choose not to run away and hide in the ashrams or the retreat centers. But for those of us that stay in the world and uncover the deeper truths and beauty that exist right here. Especially in the mess. She hopes her writing will invite you to find small moments of connection to your Self and 'uncover the truth of who you are, no matter how beautiful that may be.'
