Seattle based poet, writer, and artist originally from Baltimore. She is a 2025 King County’s 4Culture grant awardee, and an active member of HWA (Horror Writers Association) Seattle Chapter. She writes short fiction, horror, historical, speculative, poetry, and creative nonfiction, traversing genres and mediums.

Her short story, "Once You Fall Off", is a 2026 PNWA Short Story Contest finalist. Her poem, "Haunting Daddy" was a finalist in the 2023 Hedge Apple Literary Magazine Halloween Contest. She is a founding member of Camp S'more Writers Collective, and a frequent reader at the Seattle Salon of Shame.

Since 2007, she has led the Seattle Writers Meet writers critique and community group. Her short stories, flash fiction, and poetry have been published in anthologies and magazines such as Tangled Locks Journal, ANMLY Poetry, Penumbra, Haunted Waters, Black Hare Press, and Bag of Bones Press.

Michele has also run a successful massage therapy practice in Seattle since 1999.
