writing what silence gets wrong

Fiction Poetry

jade vale is a young poet who has always found metaphors easier than explanations. she writes about grief, memory, love, anger, and all the things that become harder to name the longer you look at them. most of her poems begin with a sentence she can't quite say normally and end somewhere she didn't expect. she is still figuring out whether poetry makes things easier to understand or simply gives confusion somewhere prettier to live.
