Reem Hamdaqa is a Palestinian writer, poet, playwright and translator from Gaza, currently based in London. Her writing explores home, memory, grief, often drawing on the intimate details of everyday life. Her essays have appeared in Mondoweiss, and her poetry and creative work have been presented in the UK. She is currently developing "Room 7," a play rooted in her experiences in Gaza, and recently completed an MSc in Translation and Technology at University College London.
