Fiction Poetry

Once upon a time I earned a B.A. in English, Philosophy and American Studies. I hoped to enter a Ph.D program and continue my education. But plans change, life shifts off course. I dove-head first, as it is in my way, passionately and zealously into a family business. This project has lasted ten years now. I have seen both success and failure in this endeavor, and in all sincerity, gained some wisdom through it all. It might have been wisdom that directs me back to my passion of writing.

Take this opportunity to enter my mind. My stories are oft topped off like that foamed coffee drink, which you may occasionally enjoy. My decorations and embellishments are detailed and comprehensive, my worlds built upon worlds. Yet my narratives are fantastical ones, stories of good versus evil. As much as a strict adherence to realism seems to have taken control of storytelling plots, my stories imagine the "world we should aspire towards" rather than the "world as it is."
