A one-time teen mother and high school dropout, Dr. Larina Warnock serves the education system in Southern Oregon where she lives with her husband, three dogs, a bearded dragon, and a turtle older than she is. Her work has appeared in Oregon Humanities, The McNeese Review, Strange Horizons, and several anthologies. Her chapbook, "American Rural: Monologues," is available on the 'zon and her TEDx talk, "The Other Statistic," is available on the TEDx YouTube channel.
